The Arts Council of Carteret County hosted their annual Art From the Heart show in late February, and received 400 entries, give or take a few. It was an amazing show, with some of the most elegant glass sculptures, paintings and photographs from the area. The show ran for three weeks, and received great reviews, as it always does.

"Carolina Beach I" and "Beaufort Inlet I" were entered into the show, and we are pleased to announce that Beaufort Inlet I received an honorable mention. The show was judged by Dan Nelson, a painter from the Raleigh area.
